Salon Hall acts solely as the infrastructure provider. All uploaded documents for Stripe/Bland verification are strictly siloed and completely inaccessible to other Halls.
Data Sovereignty
We do not sell guest data from the Heritage Ledger. We only use it to power the internal "Musical Resonance" features and "Chronos Rules" necessary for scheduling optimization.
The Vault Security
Sensitive business documents (such as EINs and LLC formations) are stored within encrypted, walled environments explicitly for Stripe and KYB (Know Your Business) compliance only. We never access these files manually.
SMS & 10-DLC Compliance
Guest phone numbers are exclusively used for automated Triage links and booking confirmations. Zero unsolicited spam is permitted via the Salon Hall network.
